Salon deep conditioning?

Reginald Maxi: Smart Style and Regis salons (usually located in malls or in wal-mart) offer a 10 minutes for 10 dollars conditioning treatment. It works really well! Just be careful who cuts your hair there. You might wanna get it conditioned there and go get a haircut somewhere else lol.

chronic or acute disease?

Alma Twomey: I would say chronic. Peripheral Artery Disease is not something that is a one time thing then goes away.

Is this a suitable fitness plan?

Travis Sherrock: Sounds good but at 180 lbs your fitness levels may not be optimal. I would encourage you to bring it to 150-160 range. This means the one hour in the gym may have to be split 30 min cardio and 30 min weights.

Carnival Cruise Fitness Center?

Renato Abatiell: http://www.eboko.net/html/fitness-ebooks-com.htm

Byron Fortmann: Every ship has a fitness center. They're sized for the ship, so the bigger ones have bigger gyms. One tip: the sauna and whirlpool are free. It's not always obvious, because the changing room is through the spa, but they're there. This Cruise Journal from Carnival Pride has a few pictures of the fitness center (scroll down):http://www.cruisesavvy.com/journals/eric/2008/carn...And not sure if this is your first cruise, but you can find a lot of helpful information in this guide to cruises, including an introduction to cruises (what it's really like, what costs are included vs. extra, how to avoid sea sickness) and more:http://www.cruisesavvy.com/savvyguideHappy travels!...Show more

Diet Soda question?

Randal Deyarmond: apparently they do - supposedly if you put a tooth in a glass of soda, it will disintegrate.

Dulcie Edis: If they don't rot your teeth Aspartame is really unhealthy! DANGER just Google it!There are a few other brands that sweeten diet soda with Splenda - that stuff is safer!.

Irma Poiter: NO that is a rumor that was started by food snobs who only want you to drink things they certify as healthy for you.

Tomi Vauters: they dont rot teeth but they definantly are not healthyany sugary drink even if it is an atrificial drink isnt good for you but it wont rot your teeth

Rubi Romo: Regular

Arnette Dominici: The aritificial sweeteners in Diet Soda don't rot your teeth, but there is phosphoric acid in diet coke that is really bad for your teeth. If you look at the ingredients in diet coke or regular coke, you'll see phosphoric acid as one of the ingredients and it destroys your teeth. If you stick a steak in coke, after 24 hours i! t will be dissolved. I swear I'm not making this up.

Lyndon Mattas: YES! Any soda is bad for you, and I've read that you should rinse your mouth with water after drinking pop before sleeping and after any extended drinking of it. Diet pop is sweetened with Aspartame, and encourages more soda drinking - it's better to drink the real thing and drink less.

Dental Insurance after accident?

Tory Clapper: Any plan you purchase probably won't pay for the whole amount. Additionally, there will be a waiting period between the time you purchase a plan and when you can use it. A dental insurance waiting period is a time period in which the dental insurance company will not pay for certain procedures. The company uses a waiting period so potential customers are not just buying dental insurance only when they have piled up dental procedures that they want to get covered. The fact that you want insurance now, after the accident has occurred, isn't going to sit well with most companies....Show more

Natalya Sydney: You need a Dental Plan and not Dental Insurance if you wish to receive treatment immediately. A dental plan won't cover the whole cost of treatment, but offer you discounts up to the region of 60% on most treatments, which is quite a good deal considering you don't have to wait out any qualifying period. Waiting out is probably not a good idea as the ! longer you leave it the more likely further dental problems will emerge, leading to more cost. You should check out if there's a provider in your area....Show more
