Todd Stogner: As most wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks, fining matters are not longer needed, way back when they used large wooden barrels and casks, it was necessary to use those ! mentioned ingredients to settle the solids, now cloth and paper filters along with press filters like used to refine cooking oils are used, no isinglass or blood is used, breweries to now have gone away from using those old fashion products, Kosher wines are nice craft brewed beers to if your looking for all natural.I am a former chef, have toured wineries and breweries and have a friend who runs a brew pub here in Canada....Show more
